Ventura County Star Profiles Ventura County, Calif., Syringe-Exchange Program
The Ventura County Star yesterday profiled the Ventura County Rainbow Alliance syringe-exchange program, the first program of its kind in the county. Optional HIV testing and counseling is also available through the program (Mitchell, Ventura County Star, 6/3).
