Senior Correspondent Ray Suarez discussed the report with Nicholas Eberstadt, a researcher with the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research, and Princeton Lyman, the executive director of the Global Interdependence Initiative at the Aspen Institute (Suarez, "NewsHour with Jim Lehrer," PBS, 10/1).
