PBS’ ‘NewsHour’ Examines National Intelligence Council Report on HIV/AIDS
PBS' "NewsHour with Jim Lehrer" yesterday examined the National Intelligence Council report released on Monday, which "warn[ed]" that the rapid spread of HIV/AIDS in China, Ethiopia, India, Nigeria and Russia could pose a security threat in those regions and to the United States.
