Kaiser Family Foundation Releases New Resources on Ryan White CARE Act
The Kaiser Family Foundation on Friday released an updated Ryan White CARE Act Side-by-Side analysis and a new fact sheet that provides an overview of the CARE Act's titles, programs and funding history. The CARE Act is the largest HIV-specific federal grant program in the U.S. and the nation's care and treatment safety net for people living with HIV/AIDS who have no other source of coverage or coverage limits. The side-by-side compares current law, reauthorization legislation passed by the House (HR 6143) and principles for reauthorization released by the Administration last year (Kaiser Family Foundation release, 11/3).
