The data represent the most up-to-date national and state-level data available on all major federal funding streams for HIV/AIDS in the U.S. The data include funding by state from the Ryan White Program, CDC, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, the Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS program and the Office of Minority Health (Kaiser Family Foundation release, 10/31).
