Humana Chief Executive Officer Mike McCallister said he plans to avoid several other tactics adopted by rivals such as Aetna Inc and Cigna Corp. Those moves include moving deeply into Medicaid plans for the poor, outsourcing pharmacy operations or aggressively expanding internationally.
