- Senegalese Court Overturns Jail Sentence Over Sexual Orientation
A court in Dakar, Senegal, on Monday overturned jail sentences for men who were sentenced to eight years for homosexual conduct, Sapa-AFP/Mail&Guardian reports (Sapa-AFP/Mail&Guardian, 4/20).
