San Diego Bar Foundation Awards Grant to HIV/AIDS Organization
The San Diego County Bar Foundation this year awarded $25,000 to six local organizations that focus on causes related to the legal community, the San Diego Union Tribune reports. Among the grant recipients was Being Alive San Diego, the largest county provider of services for HIV/AIDS patients. The group received $3,000 from the foundation for the purchase of computers and printers (Moran, San Diego Union Tribune, 1/16).
