UNICEF goodwill ambassador Roger Moore on Sunday pledged to help procure antiretroviral drugs to help treat African children with HIV/AIDS, Xinhua News reports. Moore, who starred in several James Bond films, arrived in Zambia on Thursday. He said that although increasing HIV-positive children's access to medications in Africa will be "a daunting task ... he will not relent in his quest," according to Xinhua News.
