Rep. Barbara Lee (D-Calif.) is scheduled to lead a congressional delegation to Ethiopia and Zambia later this month to examine first-hand the HIV/AIDS and food shortage crises, the Oakland Tribune reports. The delegation is scheduled to travel from Aug. 23 through Aug. 29, according to the Tribune.
